SHIPPING POLICY

  • We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavour to deliver domestically in 7-10 business days.
  • If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly
  • A nominal shipping fee is charged on all orders. The shipping charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
  • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India or other regulatory authority, as applicable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns after the expiry of this period. Unless you notify us within the aforesaid period, we will assume that you have accepted the products as being in good condition.
  • We will only accept returns and either replace or refund you for items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you intend to return/ exchange a product, kindly inform us by email at sales@slythrclothing.com within 14 days from the date of delivery with relevant images to show damage and ship it back to us in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The Product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is not in its original condition, or is worn, altered, washed or damaged not due to our error.
  • Sale items are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • In case of exchange of same product, we can facilitate the same at the earliest possible. Kindly follow the instructions above and notify us by email within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns will be borne by you and are non-refundable.
  • Please note that we require a proof of purchase to facilitate any refunds. Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@slythrclothing.com.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet above the return requirements.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case you have a change in mind after successfully placing an order, you can drop an e-mail at sales@slythrclothing.com with your order number on the same day and we will refund the entire amount paid by you within a reasonable period of time, usually 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted and we reserve our right to refuse cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched by us.
